1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 to 3/4 C. cracker meal
1/2 Lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
Small can evaporated milk

Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish [try 8" square] which has been sprayed with Pam. Top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
