Crab Casserole

1 lb. Crab Meat
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (14)
1 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine, melted
4 hard boiled eggs, mashed with 1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 green pepper, chopped (or 1/4 or 1/8)
1 pimento, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Tabasco
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. salt

Mix cracker crumbs and milk. Cook for a minute. Add melted butter, eggs and mustard. Stir, add all other ingredients. Bake in greased dish (either square or medium size rectangular; sprinkle few cracker crumbs on top). Bake at 375 degrees F until brown - about 40 minutes. 2 recipes fills a 3 quart rectangular dish (large size).
