Seafood Casserole

1 stick butter or margarine
2 packages Ritz crackers
2 cans cream of Shrimp soup
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1/2 lb. Scallops, you can substitute 1 lb. Shrimp

Melt butter and crumble in crackers - mix together.

Heat soup and mix Shrimp and Scallops in. Layer cracker mixture and Shrimp mixture, starting and ending with crackers in a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, uncovered.
