1 Pet Ritz reg. pie crust
1 (9 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350 F. Invert frozen pie crust onto waxed paper. Let thaw until flat. Combine Tuna, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings. Stir in salad dressing. Spoon into casserole dish. Cover with flat pie crust. Bake until crust is lightly browned, about 35-40 minutes. Can use 2 pie crusts for pot pie.
