Tuna Casserole

1 can Tuna, drained & flaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cups egg noodles, cook for 9 min. in boiling water & drain well
1/3 medium size pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, cut fine
1 medium onion, cut fine
1 small jar mushrooms or 3-4 fresh mushrooms cut fine

Saute peppers, onions, celery and mushrooms in butter or small amount of chicken bouillon, until tender. Add to flaked Tuna long with egg noodles. Add cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 cup of milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Pour mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and cover with buttered cracker crumbs. For a different flavor add 1 teaspoon poppy seeds to cracker crumb mixture. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
