Rice Tuna Casserole

2 lb. cans Tuna fish
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup pimento
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can asparagus spears
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper (to desired taste)

Combine Tuna, bell pepper, onion, rice, pimento, chicken soup and mayonnaise; mix well. Put into casserole dish. Arrange asparagus spears on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 F. Bake until bubbly; do not overbake.

Makes 6- 8 servings
