4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 can Tuna fish
1 (3 oz.) package potato chips
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup mushrooms (can)

Make cream sauce. Add fish in flakes. Crush potato chips. Add all ingredients, saving some for the top. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 F about 30 minutes.

NOTE: Cream of mushroom soup may be used instead of making the sauce.
