Crab Casserole
2 cups (1 lb.) Crab Meat
Mix Crab Meat with wine and marinate for 30 minutes. Mix sour cream with thyme, cayenne pepper and dry mustard. Mix this with the Crab Meat and wine. Add the eggs and celery and mix gently. Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Put Crab Meat mixture in dish. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and chopped almonds on top of the Crab Meat. Pour melted butter on top of casserole and bake 25 minutes in 325 degree oven. Serve hot. Serves 4.
