Crab Casserole

1/2 tsp. pimento
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 2 Tbsp. cold water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, beaten with an egg yolk
1 lb. Crab Meat
1/4 cup bread crumbs

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, sherry, mustard, onion, green pepper and pimento. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and lemon juice. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise and Crab Meat, put in ovenproof dish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 F.
