Crab Casserole

1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
1 lb. Crab Meat (may use imitation)
1/2 lb. mushrooms
4 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup cream
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sherry (medium dry)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Wash and slice mushrooms; saute in 1 tablespoon butter. Place artichoke hearts in bottom of baking dish. Spread layer of Crab Meat, add layer of mushrooms. Melt butter in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour sauce over artichoke and Crab layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375 F.
