2 reg. cans water packed Tuna
1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can mixed vegetables
1 lb. American cheese (grated)
1/2 stick margarine
Optional seasonings: Paprika, pepper

Pre-cook macaroni. Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs if desired. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
