Crab Casserole

1 lb. fresh white Crab Meat
1/2 lb. grated medium sharp cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 pint milk
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter, add salt, pepper and flour. Then add milk and cook until you have a thick cream sauce. Grease a baking dish. Place a layer of Crab Meat, a layer of cheese, and pour in some cream sauce. Repeat layers until dish is filled. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
