Tuna Casserole

5 tsp. flour
5 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 cups milk (evaporated)
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup well-drained Tuna
2 cups macaroni, cooked

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and salt. Stir until smooth. Gradually add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
