Tuna Casserole

1 can Tuna (7 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs, separated

Mix Tuna, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Simmer bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Add Tuna mixture to egg yolks and mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into baking dish. Set dish in pan of water and bake. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes.
