Crab and Shrimp Casserole

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 (5 3/4 oz.) can cleaned Shrimp
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Crab Meat, flaked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttered crumbs

Combine all ingredients, except crumbs. Place in individual sea shells or casserole dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
