Cottage Tuna Casserole

2 cups cottage cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans Tuna
2 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper and garlic salt to taste

Combine 1 cup cottage cheese with rest of ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 custard cups or small casseroles. Cover top with remaining 1 cup cottage cheese and a dash of paprika. bake at 335 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
