Shrimp and Crab Meat Casserole

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of Shrimp, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of Crab, drained
1 cup diced celery
1 small onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 F for 35 minutes.
